The fire chief and city administration is terrible. The chief is a “my way or the highway” type and the city administration does nothing to help the firefighters. The city once told the firefighters “we don’t pay you as much as the cops because they are more important than you”. Schedule is great, 48/96. Resources leave room to be improved and same with the equipment. Most of the guys are great to work with
