Very arrogant and vainglorious. Throws tantrums on scene and in public, as well as in private like a 12 year old. Knows nothing about the fire service. His way of management is to scream at people as apposed to reasonable conversation. The most horrible officer I’ve ever come in contact with. Communication skills are abominable, he simply can not be talked to in any rational manner.
