Chief Refuses to let his members attend Free Training in their Territory. Doesn’t care about his members or his community. Would rather discipline people than have them be the best possible firefighters they can be. Is completely out of touch with reality. And goes after personal that are friends with and help a certain retired Battalion Chief that is Responsible for all the free training
