Pearland is a full paid department with a new chief and 6 stations. 4 engines. 3 ladders. 6 medic units and 1 BC. 150 ish people across 3 shifts. We have had 3 chiefs since 2022 and new one just started and came from
Tucson. Mostly new trucks and equipment. 6 medic units and 1 EMS supper visor moral is ok. Just became civil service and meet and confer with the city. Union is semi strong.
