Coverage / response area
•Serves a ~41 square mile response area that includes the entire Town of Henrietta and the western portion of the Town of Brighton (about 52,000 residents). The District also provides coverage along major highways (about 26 miles of I-90 and 11 miles of I-390).
Primary risks / target hazards
•The District’s risk assessment and planning call out typical “target hazards” for the area: multi-story buildings, high-occupancy residences, senior housing, dormitories, manufacturing & research facilities, shopping centers, and other sites where aerial apparatus or special operations may be needed. (The District has run “Command & Control — Target Hazards” training and documented these categories in planning/newsletter material.)

•Station 5 — Henrietta Fire District

•Station 6 — Training Center — Henrietta Fire District training campus / station

•Station 7 — formerly West Brighton FD — now HFD Station 7

•The District operates as a combination department. Several stations/companies operate 24/7 career-staffed engine companies (notably Station 4 Truck 640 & Engine 646, Station 5 Engine 652, Station 6 Engine 662, and Station 7 Engine 675). The District maintains a fleet of engines, rescues, quints and support apparatus distributed amongst the stations.
