    Pay is alright at best, middle of the pack. Liberty FD does it all – Fire and EMS for Liberty TX. Chief Hurst is actually a really good dude and brings a great fire culture with really good Assistant Eric McDaniel. If the city could make the pay worth it – Chief Hurst would be able to make working for this department a shining beacon VS a diamond in the rough.
