Go to Frisco if you want to sit in a parking lot and just take calls. Any extra activity is frowned upon and will eventually get you written up. They make good money and have good extra duties but that comes with a heavy price, being super micromanaged and basically being labeled as high paid security guards. There will be no pursuits and sgts do video reviews every month to write you up on policy violations. Horrible upper administration to go along with everything else.
