The Colony Fire Department exists to respond quickly, prevent/solve problems, manage risks,
bring order to chaos, and to provide the highest level of fire department services based on
available resources.
Our why is defined by our commitment to the saying displayed on TCFD
heavy apparatus… “we will come for you.”
Solid and aggressive department with a lot of potential. You are allowed to be as good as you want to be with very few roadblocks to being a great firefighter. Could use slightly more accountability for the few members who are barely meeting the standards. Home to some of the best firefighters in the state.
